Wherever you are, the most-prized must-buys are carpets, kilims and silver jewellery. While you’re in Istanbul, take the opportunity to see outside the city for one day at least, either by exploring the Black Sea or the islands that dot the bosphorus. Kalkan
Kalkan is a harbour village set in the heart of the Lycian region. great restaurants and great places to stay. The Taurus Mountains provide a stunning backdrop across the bay are simply stunning. This beautiful bougainvillea-covered harbour town is set in landscape in the the old Lycian region and is ideal for guest's looking for stunning scenery and a lazy holiday.
Historical sites
Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos and Patara are all close by, while further away are kekova, Myra, Phaselis, Olympos and Aspendos.

Patara Beach
Patara beach is the longest beach in the Mediterranean just a 30-minute drive by local bus or Dolmus or 15 minutes by Taxi Patara beach is one of the Mediterranean’s best beaches totally free of hotels or any sign of mass tourisim.
Kaputas Beach
Kaputas beach is a ten-minute taxi drive from Kalkan. A beautiful sandy beach although may not be suitable for guest's with walking difficulties as the beach is located at the bottom of a ravine.
